Technical Support

Simpol Limited provides free technical support for purchasers of its product lines. This support does not automatically include programming assistance and training, but is limited to installation assistance. Training classes are available for every level, from beginner through advanced program design. Also, formal technical support contracts are available that provide regular access to our team for assistance on a wide variety of issues. For anyone intending to commit to a significant program of development using our tools, it is our recommendation that a technical support contract that can put the resources of our team at your disposal is only common sense. What level of technical support is dependent on your individual needs and budget.

Consulting

The development and support team from Simpol Limited is available for various forms of assistance. We can provide one-off targeted consultation or we can be involved in a project from concept through to completion.

Bespoke Development

Simpol Limited provides bespoke development services for virtually any kind of project, be it "in-house" or a vertical market product. Our team have experience in a wide variety of real-world projects and using our own tool set, the SIMPOL Developer Kit, we can create most projects quickly and effectively. Since we are not only using the tools, but also develop them, we are never in a situation where we can't fix a problem in the tools themselves. We don't need to wait for some third party to resolve a problem! If we need a tool to build your project that we don't have then we will create it (unless there is a viable alternative that we can acquire that will meet your needs within your budget).
